We requested 3 beds but one of the beds was not an actual bed. More like two lounge chairs put together. It was uncomfortable to sleep in as they kept shifting. Otherwise, they met our requirements. It was very convenient to be a few minutes from Hakata Station and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Necessary amenities like toothbrush, facial cleanser, and etc for general taking. Slippers and robes was provided for a pleasant stay but don’t expect a large fridge. It wasn’t very cold either.

There were more good things than bad. It’s not as close to the train station as you might think, just because of the way you need to walk. It’s not far, but it could be a shorter walk. The staff was very nice and helpful. The laundry facilities are only two machines and your clothes won’t be dry, but if I remember it was free. I gave them five stars, however; it’s more like 4.7, lol. Hotel and staff were great; it was just the walk was further than advertised. There are convenience stores close and plenty to do. I would stay there again, there is free ice cream in the afternoon. I only got it once, and there was barely any left. It’s self serve from the freezer and I’m sure some people take advantage of the hospitality.

Best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Good spread and fairly tasty. Room was ok but carpet didn’t feel super clean. Bathroom could do with more places to hang towels. Good location, next to Hakata Station.

The hotel itself is within walking distance from Hakata Station. The room was very clean, though the underside of the bathroom door could use some improvement, as it seemed a bit moldy. I’d appreciate it if there were more space to store things. The staff here were generally friendly, but I found the restaurant staff to be much welcoming than the front desk staff. 호텔 접근성은 아주 좋습니다. 2층 통로를 사용하기보다 지하통로 웨스트5번 출구로 나오는 편이 훨씬 수월합니다. 방 자체는 깔끔하고 괜찮은 편이었으나, 샤워부스 문 아래쪽의 방수용으로 붙여둔 테이프? 같은 것이 좀 더럽더군요. 그리고 가방같은 걸 걸어두거나 넣어둘 칸이 하나 더 있었으면 더 편리했을 것 같습니다. 수납공간?이라고 부를만한게 너무 없었어요. 더블룸에서 욕조 있는 방/샤워부스가 있는 방 둘 다 머물렀는데, 욕조 있는 방이 더 사용하기 편안한 느낌이었습니다. 스태프들은 평균적으로 친절한 편이었습니다. 개인적으로 카운터 직원들보다 식당 직원분들이 친절해서 기분 좋았습니다.
