I stayed here for a work trip due to its proximity to Hakata Station, which proved extremely convenient. While it took me a bit to find the hotel initially, it's right across the street from the station. The area has plenty of convenience stores nearby, and Hakata Station offers excellent shopping and dining. The room was larger than expected and generally clean, though the carpet needed better attention. The lobby offers complimentary food, plus free afternoon tea and juice—though I only discovered this on day two. The lobby seating could have been cleaner and seemed more for waiting than relaxing. I appreciated the quality shampoo and conditioner, though the showerhead kept swiveling due to water pressure. The hotel takes an eco-friendly approach with water-saving features and no daily housekeeping. Bathroom amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and bath salts were available in the lobby. I could use my Netflix account on the TV, though casting would've been better than signing in directly on the TV. WiFi worked, but wasn't the fastest. Would have preferred pajamas over the bathrobe. Overall, a solid choice for location, with room for improvement in the details.

Great and friendly staff. Very helpful when it comes to sending luggages to your next hotel destination and airport. The check in is smooth and the amenities were nice. Hotel room was very clean and just liked the space and interior. The only small issue is that you have to go to different floors for the ice machine and laundry, and there is only one laundry machine and dryer for the 3 floors they had. Maybe additional machines or reservation system may be helpful.

Excellent location, just right across Hakata station and close to amenities like lawson, 711 and family mart. The rooms are decent size. The staff are nice and helpful. We didn’t get to try their breakfast because it seemed to be always busy. One less star because my dad had a medical emergency and was needing help with walking. The hotel offers wheelchair but only for use inside the hotel. Even though this was an emergency situation, they didn’t let No we’re not use the wheelchair to bring my dad to the nearest clinic (about a 5 min walk) from the hotel. Maybe if there was no language barrier, it would have been a different outcome but nonetheless, for medical situations like that, management should show compassion and flexibility.
