Pros: 1. excellent staff service 2. fast and stable internet connection 3. very near to shopping areas, walking distance 4. a lot of eateries in the hotel vicinity 5. hotel has own parking space for customers who are driving Cons: 1. as an old hotel, quite surprising that the room is not so big 2. no separate toilet and bath 3. there is no separate shower area, need to shower in the bath tub which is a slip risk.
