The room is old, bathroom not clean. I shower in the bathtub but the shower curtain cannot fully cover, water splash out and the drain was clogged. I cannot select A/C mode to Heat or Cold, as it's a central AC, I can only select Low/ Mid/ High. it was a hot day and the heat was on, that made the room so hot, window cannot be opened.

Very nice hotel and I’m a great location, especially for tourists. Staff were professional and room was tidy and presentable. Food at the hotel restaurant was good as well. Luggage transfer was quick and seamless. Overall a great stay!

Love the hotel , staff are friendly and helpful, Room for 3 is much bigger compare to double room. Very new , clean and stylish. Great location 3 mins away from canal city and 0 min away from Subway station and 10 mins away from Main Train station

톈진역과 번화가에서 가까워서 좋았어요! 서비스도 좋고 시설도 깨끗했습니다. 일본호텔이라 사진에서 보이는 것 보다 방이 작을까봐 걱정했는데 화장실도 널찍하고 좋았어요 다음번에 또 여기서 묵을 것 같아요~

The service staff was excellent at this hotel. The hotel itself is quite dated, but it was clean. The mattress in our room was in desperate need of being replaced, and had a huge dip in it on one side, and was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately the walls of the rooms are paper thin and the windows are not double glazed, making it extremely noisy in the room at all times. We could hear other guests conversations all through the night, and we could hear traffic lights, cars, and other street noise 24 hours a day. Breakfast was okay, but does not accommodate vegetarians very well, as most food has meat in it. My husband has a severe poultry allergy, and while staff was mindful to indicate which food he could not eat, we were disappointed to find out that the scrambled eggs, salad dressing, and other foods that would normally not have chicken broth in them were not safe for him. That said, much of the food in the buffet is then not safe for vegetarian diners as well.
