저렴한 가격에 잘 머무르다 왔네요

숙소가 깔끔했고 세 명에서 이용하는데 충분한 공간이였다. 냉장고 완전 빵빵하고요 따뜻한 물 잘 나와요 숙소 근처에는 세븐일레븐 있어요 여기는 체크인 하는 곳이 따로 있기는 하지만 직원분이 영어로 설명해주시고 엄청 친절합니다 다음에 후쿠오카 간다면 또 머무르고 싶네요

최악의 숙소. 지도는 가까워 보일지 모르지만 주요 도심지와는 거리가 꽤 멀어서 엄청 고생했습니다. 그리고 체크인 카운터와 동떨어진 곳이어서 불편했고요, 저녁에 날씨가 쌀쌀해서 온풍기를 틀었는데,,, 밤새 작동이 잘 되지 않아 외투를 걸치고 자야만 했습니다. 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다.

아파트이고. 식기도있어서 라면 정도. 끓여먹으면좋겠다싶었고 그런데컵이 플라스틱이라. 뜨거운물을 마시기가 그래서 대접에. 마셨다는. 처음에는 찾기 쉅지않았으나 워치 그리 나쁘진않은듯. 아파트 앞에 표시가 좀있으면 좋을듯 합니다 참 보일러는. 에어컨이. 냉난방겸용이네요. 몰라서 처음엔 너무 추웠어요

깔끔하고 세련된 새 아파트!

체크인은 하카타역에서 가까운 빌딩에서 하고, 직접 아파트로 찾아가는 시스템입니다. 아파트는 하카타역에서 버스를 타고 10분 안 되게 가고, 5분 정도 걸어 가야 하는데 체크아웃 시에 다시 찾아가지 않아도 됩니다. 후쿠오카 여행은 하카타와 텐진이 중심가이므로, 도착해서 하카타역 주변을 한 번 확인하고 숙소 들어가는 것이 저한테는 좋았어요. 그리고 아파트는 완전히 새 아파트여서 정말 깨끗했어요. 화장실도, 욕실도 침대도 싱크대도 다 깨끗해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 저희는 추가 이불은 없이 침대만 사용했는데 이불도 아주 따뜻했어요. 아파트 안에는 디지털패드가 있어서 일정 조율 할 때에 잘 활용했습니다. (언어는 일본어로 되어있음) 전반적으로 만족도가 높은 숙소였습니다.

가족들이랑 이용했습니다

숙소가 텐진이나 하카타에선 좀 가야하는 거리였어요. 여름이라 걷을 순 없어서 숙소갈때는 주로 버스타고 이동했어요 ~ 위치빼곤 마음에 들었구요 ^^

서비스 최악

서비스가 굉장히 좋지 않았습니다. 우선 체크인 장소와 숙박 장소가 다르고, 체크인 장소에서 숙박 장소에 대한 안내가 굉장히 적어서 숙박 장소를 찾는 데 오랜 시간이 걸렸어요. 방 안내도 해주지 않아서 직접 키를 가지고 방을 열어보면서 열리는 문을 찾아서 들어가 잤습니다. 시설은 나쁘지 않았지만 서비스가 정말 최악이었습니다.

概ね良い

このエリアは天神から一駅のものすごく綺麗で静かなエリアにあります。美味しい料理を出すレストランなどが沢山あります。物件は新しく快適な造りですが、まだまだ足りない設備などがありました。フライパンや洗濯機などです。アパートメントとしてはもう少し、改善の余地ありです。あここはチェックインの場所が博多駅の近くなのでそこは気を付けて下さい。

よかったです

今回は終電なくなるのわかってたので、その為の宿泊でした。長期滞在向けの設備が整ってるので、すごくいいと思いました。ベッドもとても寝やすく、清潔感ありとてもよかったです。ただ難点が、脱衣所のとこの排水口の臭いがキツかったのと、どれがシャンプー、トリートメント、ボディーソープなのかわからなかったぐらいです。そこはぜひ改善していただきたい。あとは一泊のみだったので、パジャマがあればより良かったな、とおもいます。

텐진과 하카타 둘다 접근성이 좋은 아파트

텐진, 하카타. 근처의 슈퍼 가까움 나카 강 산책도 가능해서 좋아요 침대 매트리스도 편하고 냉장고의 사이즈가 커서 좋았습니다 응대해주신 직원분도 친절하시고 감사했습니다

little far from station but perfect space

All facilities seems non-used. hot water, room clearing condition, enough beds for 3~4people...Everything perfect. But you might be difficult to find entrance at once. Except for that, nothing bad. Staff is really kind.
