Nice and clean room A short walk from Hakata Station With Starbucks downstairs and Lawson just around the corner so easy to get coffee/breakfast and drinking water and snacks. Staff is friendly and accomdating. Only (minor) gripe is no hook to hang clothes and towels inside/outside shower room

Despite being a newer property, the room design lacks efficiency, which is noticeable in a compact Japanese hotel room where layout matters. Several features simply don’t make practical sense, and the overall setup doesn’t match a “Premier” label. Check-in was another issue. At 1:30 p.m., the lobby was empty, yet early access required an additional charge. When I returned at 3 p.m., the line was long and the staff were overwhelmed. Charging for just one extra hour, especially knowing most guests arrive at 3, feels operationally short-sighted. The laundry facilities were also inadequate. Guests were waiting aggressively around the machines, and the limited capacity contributed to unnecessary tension. Nearby laundromats just a few minutes away were cleaner and readily available, which underscores the hotel’s insufficient amenities. I also noticed a stroller left in the hallway, which raises basic safety concerns in a narrow space. Overall, the combination of design inefficiencies, rigid policies, and limited facilities creates a crowded environment that affects guest behavior. With so many alternatives around Hakata Station, I wouldn’t recommend this property.

The room was clean and great size. One of the complaints is the laundry machine couldn’t dry my load, which took almost 3 hours and still not dried. It’s not very convenient if some one do laundry at night that they have to stay so late. And if someone did laundry in the morning like me, I almost missed my train. They should invest to get a more powerful and efficient machine.

It was a lovely stay at the Blossom Hakata Premiere. We only have one minor suggestion. It would be more convenient if there were some hooks in the bathroom area or side of closet for hanging clothes or towels.
