Located in a historic area of Funchal, close to the Fortress of São João Batista do Pico and the Quinta das Cruzes Museum, this friendly and pleasant flat offers easy access to some of the city’s main cultural attractions.
The loft features a sunlit bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining counter, and a cosy living room with cable TV, internet, and a sofa bed. The living area opens onto a private terrace facing the building’s inner courtyard—ideal for relaxed outdoor meals in Madeira’s pleasant climate.
All areas are on the upper floor, accessible by staircase. The property includes a bathroom with shower and accommodates up to three people.

The flat is in a building just a 10-minute walk from Funchal’s centre, allowing you to explore the capital’s main attractions, gardens, museums, and shopping venues on foot.
GETTING AROUND
We recommend booking a transfer with our local partners for convenient and cost-effective airport transport. If you rent a car, navigation apps will easily guide you to the address. Bus stops are also nearby.

INTERACTION
We are always available to assist or answer questions and strive to respond promptly. Guests also have access to an app with important property and local information.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.
ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 maximum per person/stay), will be charged. You will receive a payment link for this tax upon arrival.
HOUSE RULES

• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.
A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
