There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays.Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.CONDITIONS1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.2.
