Fabulously welcoming and helpful staff and concierge, all with a fine understanding of what it is to provide a first class, luxury experience! Pamper yourself, live a little and do yourself a favor you'll never regret and stay at a one of a kind location at the iconic Hotel Sacher. A place that every passer-by pauses, stops and takes a photo!
Absolutely exceptional property, the service was nearly impeccable. We got a suite and had a very nice time in it. My wife got a massage at the spa she seemed to enjoy and we ate at the marvellous Rote Bar. My only complaint is that I wanted some facial cleanser as I felt grimy after travelling, called down to reception for it, and they told me I had to buy it at the spa, despite their online book saying it they had free cosmetics if you forgot something. This is an extremely minor complaint though, and I made do with bar soap just fine.
This hotel was perfect in every way. Courteous and friendly service, wonderful rooms, excellent amenities and lovely welcome gifts; and then they left me a wonderful gift for my birthday. I will definitely be back!
A true 5 star hotel. Top 5 of hotels we have stayed at. If you able ask for either the Romeo or Juliet Suite. Very worth it. Heated bathroom floors. Just perfect and the staff is top notch. A++ location.
This is where I will stay whenever I go to Vienna. The hotel is beautiful, it's the perfect mix of old and new. The staff so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, almost everything is walking distance. I couldn't love this hotel any more than I do!
The Sacher Wien is the most magnificent hotel I have ever encountered. The building was exquisite, the staff was charming, the rooms were impeccable, the location was ideal, and the little touches made me feel like I was royalty.
I can't wait to go back.
Great place! Be sure to ask for a reservation at the cafe. If you stay at the hotel, they will get you a table with five minutes notice. They should have told us this at checkin but we found out later.
