This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo is centrally located in Gainesville, FL. One of the couches turns into a king-size bed in order to accommodate 6 people. It features an indoor patio and an outdoor patio for extra seating areas.

The kitchen is fully stocked- it has a drip coffee maker. There is a smart tv provided for you to use your favorite apps. Washer and Dryer in unit.

Great place for short or mid-term stays-

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%. We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it`s within the terms. Disliked: Cleanliness
Upon entering, there was a stale, unpleasant odour. The bed sheets did not seem clean. There were yellow stains on a pillowcase. The toilet connected with one of the bedrooms was malfunctioning. The pictures represent the property in better light. Host was responsive sending maintenance to repair the toilet and change the sheets. However, we expressly stated we would like prior confirmation before maintenance enters the property, which we did not receive. The property has nice layout and a parking space right in front of the door, which is very convenient.

Property was great location to UF, clean and safe location. The bedrooms were comfortable, living room added extra space for napping, plenty of towels which allowed us to enjoy our stay.
