Nestled on a peaceful 10-acre homestead just minutes from Gainesville Airport, The Raceway, and city proper this renovated 1976 Avion La Grande Caravan offers a perfect blend of retro charm with modern touches.

Enjoy walking trails, abundant wildlife, and meet our goats, pigs, and chickens! Newest litter of piglets born 8/20/25! On homestead hatched chicks being born too. We’d love to show you around our homestead. We practice organic practices and like to see ourselves as homesteaders who use what we have to improve the land. Features include a fully stocked retro kitchen, comfy beds, hot/cold mini split, on demand hot water, outdoor deck, and eco-friendly compost toilet. Down a quiet dirt road yet close to downtown, UF, breweries, and nearby springs. Perfect for a unique nature getaway with modern comforts!
There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower.Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.
