Truly, a five star property!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this property! We came for a university graduation and the location exceeded our expectations. This was most definitely the cleanest short-term rental I have ever been in. The check-in and checkout process went very smoothly. The unit had everything we could have possibly needed. The communication with the property manager was outstanding. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Temp work

This place will be perfect once the couch/ hide a bed is replaced…supposedly within a month. Went for a morning swim most days, very clean, nice setup with full sized fridge, dishwasher, and laundry. Lost power during the hurricane in whole complex/area but otherwise all ok.

Great long term stay

Stay was 11 weeks and the property checked all the boxes. Clean, well equipped and convenient location near shopping and campus. Margaret was very responsive to any questions, check in and out were a breeze. Would stay here again if in Gainesville and would highly recommend.
