Paying for parking was kinda wild, no smart tv's or anything with like netflix or HBO in a sweet is crazy, and housekeeping maybe should do a little better once over, i found a random sock idk if it was clean or dirty in our sheets when doing the bedbug check. Oh and not having a comforter on the bed, or fitted sheet. It went mattress protector, loose sheet, thin fuzzy blanket, loose sheet. No free wifi is also crazy. The room was absolutely beautiful, but these are things ive paid alot less at other hotels and and gotten all of, but i have paid more and gotten less so its right in the middle. The staff was so friendly, like i said the hotel was gorgeous, but would i stay here again? The white tube sock with brown sole makes me question it, but probably.

Apparently the hotel booked my room to someone else. They sent me to a different room that I could not enter because of the strong smell of mildew. They even had what appeared to be a dehumidifier sitting right in front of the door. I did not go in but went back to let them know. They said they had no other rooms available. They ended up sending me to another hotel.

The woman at the checkin counter was great. But now there is a woman with a tea cart that kept knocking on our door and just tried to force her way in the room with her room card. She barely speaks English and now is talking loudly in the hall. Not feeling very safe at this point. Had we not had the lock in place, she would have come all the way in the room while we were in bed. 7th floor.
