The say was over all good our room had a broken lock but it was clean. Beds were okay but to hard for my liking and would have slept better if people weren’t hollering and running around at 1 am.

it was horrible i want my money back thats for sure i will be contacting llc and or upper management. i got stuck in the elevator 3 times and my fiancé once, there is no ac in there and if someone would get stuck lets just say 4 or 5 people in the elevator very dangerous and life threatening, plus the room i reserved said i had a ovean view the only view i had was a pool that was unusable and i paid all that money and in the morning coffee machine down breakfast was cold and ot was one of my worst experiences

This hotel should not be open! And should have inspections…. Pool had green water and was unbelievable dirty….. next to my room was trash from bathrooms and full trash cans I was afraid to sleep thinking roaches will get to the room under the gaps on the front door. Pictures available! Take this hotel out of Expedia!

It was an average stay. The location is great, has good beach parking but a few things took away from an otherwise decent stay. There is currently construction on the exercise room, so it is unavailable. You can use the one in the neighboring hotel, but it's inconvenient. This should be mentioned on the website but was not. They desperately need to secure the breakfast area as vagrants walk in and have their own breakfast and empty fruit bowls etc... It is supposed to be key card access only and secure, but it is not, and the staff doesn't do anything about it or seem to care as it was obvious whats going on. The room was dated but clean, well-kept, and had a good working AC which is mandatory in Galveston. It will freeze you out if it's too low. The property is not secure in the slightest, and people other than guests have free access to the entire facility, which left us with the feeling of insecurity on the property, and with children, this was not ideal. So overall, it was just meh, the wonderful Galveston beaches made up for some shortcomings, and our stay went well.

I really liked the Hotel. The Staff were fantastic. The room was nice fresh and clean..the in room amenities need to be slightly upgraded. I don't like those little bars of soap. I prefer the shower gel dispenser..,.but thats minor. It's a Beautiful Hotel on the beach. I enjoyed my stay...The Pool was awesome.

Hotel is older but it seemed like they kept up with everything. It was on the more affordable side. If you're looking for brand new and or fancy, this hotel is not for you.

Had to walk around the whole building to get to the room because of construction. Construction was everywhere and was a huge pain. Door locked me out multiple times so i had to walk over and over to the front to get a new card.
