No Smoking and No Pets Allowed. Seascape HOA has a strict NO PET policy, therefore, we do, too. If an unapproved animal is reported, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. We reserve the right to withhold your deposit for damage and/or extra cleaning. The ONLY exception is for ADA dogs with prior approval from owners. Documentation will be required, please message us before booking. We gladly welcome approved ADA pups!
