Nice stay!

Very heavy on the beach theme, lots of shells, wordy signs everywhere. Very clean. Having to pay $40. to park in an almost empty lot may keep us from returning. Bummer to a great stay. Beware!

Very nice unit. Expedia showed it as pets allowed, but they aren’t. I received no instructions on use of the security system and couldn’t get it to work, so the door remained unlocked while we were out.

HEADS UP!! Parking is not free. $40 with tax PER VEHICLE. The unit was beautiful and the views were exactly what I wanted.

Have stayed at the Dawn before and was perfect. This time was just the same. Will stay again. Close to everything i needed and the best view of the ocean. It was perfect.
