Very disappointed. We were there 4 days and 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I only ever saw one staff member. The phone didn’t work. Our coffee maker was missing the basket. We had to go to front desk daily to get coffee and cups. Also had to get towels regularly. The description in Expedia states “room cleaned daily” but it was never cleaned. Trash was never emptied. I am very disappointed for the money we spent.

Wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best . The first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that just had a fitted sheet no mattress protector, stains on the walls , dirty floors , dirty bathrooms .

The lobby bathroom had a plumbing problem for 2 days. The room was only adequate clean. Elevator at opposite end of building. However, the breakfast lady was extremely nice & organized. Her area was very clean!!! How a dispute with Expedia on charges.

We went to breakfast and there were NO CUPS—-asked to use bar glasses but they were locked?? Suddenly after I went upstairs to get cups from my room CUPS APPEARED. Not the kind of cups you can buy at a store. Another lady who looked more like the worker asked and BOOM ! Magic cups!
