We stayed at this hotel the night before a cruise. It was easy to get in and out of parking was easy and convenient. We had no problems when staying here the rooms were clean and roomie.

Filthy, disgusting room that smelled of cigarettes. Stains everywhere and sticky surfaces; we chose to sleep on top of the covers. TV but no cable, signal or internet capabilities to stream. Screaming, banging and domestic fighting in the parking lot at night from other guests. I booked this stay through Expedia because this hotel was pet friendly. Once I arrived, I was told that the suite that I booked and paid in full for, did not allow pets, so they had to reassign my room. I have photos showing everything.

The room was cleaned when we arrived but they did not clean the rest of the stay because they only clean if you stay 3 nights, they should advise that at check in. Breakfast was gross as there was a hair in the egg, after that I could not eat. The lady that was in the breakfast area was like in a bad mood had to ask for milk for my son and she did it with an attitude. The ladies in the front desk were wonderful! The parking area at the front was full of sand, I have stayed in the past and felt like it was much better.

Good for the price but where are the towels!

The overall condition of the hotel was better than expected, but there was only shampoo. 3 little bottle of shampoo. No conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. also, our room had no towels when we check in. Just face towels.

The property was clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in was loud. We could hear the conversations of the guests next door, sharing a common wall. The guests were speaking in a normal tone yet we could hear them late into the night, making it difficult to get to sleep.

We planned a last minute family vacation and this hotel was a great option. Has a great location that’s close to almost everything and it’s right off the interstate. The hotel was clean, rooms were spotless. The breakfast was wonderful and staff was great! The only inconvenience was the door to access the elevator from the parking garage was broke and made getting to and from the car a little inconvenient. Other then that it was a fabulous stay we would absolutely stay again!
