My friends and I stayed at Pescador's Paradise for our Labor Day beach vacation. The property was clean and larger than we thought, which was a huge plus! We received all the information we needed to access the property before we got there, and if we had needed anything, it would have been easy to get in touch with the owner. I do recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, as the ones provided are quite small and might not be enough for your group/family. There is a gate at both the bottom and top of the outdoor stair leading up to the house, and the top gate is tricky to get open. To save you the five minutes it took us to figure it out, the key is to pull the gate toward you while you swing the latch up, the push the gate in. All in all, this is a great place to vacation! The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, and it's right across the road from the beach. You can walk or drive without issue.
