Room is spacious, modern, and well-designed. We never saw another person in the hotel, staff or guest, which was eerie. But virtual check-in and checkout was smooth, thanks to the clear instructions provided

Property was clean and very close to the main shopping areas and pubs. However, it is in a very loud area. I do not recommend it for people who have a hard time falling asleep to noise or are easily woken up.

Central Galway

The location was great for exploring Galway, central and walkable. There is a car park for hire just across from the building, which was very convenient. We didn’t realize the check-in was all automated (no staff onsite) so that took a little longer than expected as the required email wouldn’t load. Good to be aware of so you can have the booking code handy when you get there. Other than that, small but comfortable room with a great shower. Clean and well-appointed.

Air conditioner was not install, just a portable unit that didn’t vent to the outside. Shower temperature control was very difficult to operate. Most guest would assume it was broken. Also, street facing side was very loud. Earplugs were in the room whe. We arrived.

It was extremely hot in the room. There was on air conditioning just a portable fan. And the window only opens an inch. Way too hot to sleep in there. Thin walls too.

Loved the easy check-in! Accommodations were clean & comfortable. The decor of the place was modern and cool. Location could not be better. Within walking distance of many pubs, restaurants and sights. Only downside was lack of parking. Had to park across the bridge at the church parking lot and carry our bags a bit of a distance. But I know that’s a challenge in Galway. Everything else was great!

The self checkin process was terrible. They sent me two different door codes to get inside. Then the computer wouldn't take my Expedia itinerary number to check me in. I tired my number and name multiple times and it finally went through. The desk troubleshooting number on the wall next to the self check in no one answered. The walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors drinking their coffee. Safe and convenient but check in and privacy could use work.
