Air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room however they offered to move us. We declined so they brought fans for us to use. Staff were friendly and courteous. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff and nice room. A little pricey for a chain hotel that is just far enough away from Eyre square to necessitate knowing the area/transit system unless you're good with taxis.

Not the greatest

Terrible location. Next door to a gas station and minimart. Neighborhood was very busy and noisy. Room was quiet and comfortable, but we had upgraded to a Junior Suite. The restaurant staff were very friendly and patient. We would not stay here again.
