Perfect location to be able to walk to city and back (15-20 minutes) but not have to be in city centre. Great employees who are more than willing to accommodate your requests. Lovely common spaces to have a nightcap, afternoon bell or anything in between. Highly recommend.

Hospitality severely lacking. As a service industry person, I usually have a great repartee with fellow service people, and this was a shockingly cold and condescending reception. Out of the dozen hotels, resorts, and castles we stayed in throughout Ireland this was the only rotten apple

We had such a lovely stay in Nox Hotel. Staff were so great especially Ivan in the bar , he’s an absolute gentleman - so kind and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious! We were so pleased with our stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was large for Europe. It’s outside of Galway city center so you do need a car or taxi to get to the sight. Hotel staff were wonderful and accommodating. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was above average for what you typically think of. The only problem we had was that the toilet in our room was so weak you had to flush over and over and over.
