Our stay was great. It's a beautiful -- chic -- hotel. The one complaint was the excessive noise from an event below our room and a fire alarm that went off at 1:30AM our last night's stay. If we'd known about the former we'd have asked for a room higher up. The latter couldn't be helped and the concierge at reception quickly reversed the charge for our breakfast that morning (although that still got added to my VISA -- I'll be calling about it).

Our biggest issue was the traffic noise throughout the night. The hotel and room is lovely. We had a meal in Sophie’s couldn’t fault it staff superb at reception and in the restaurant

Overall, The Dean was a lovely hotel to stay at. We were very impressed with our room and the general "vibe" of the hotel. We enjoyed a light dinner and drink in the Elephant Castle bar and breakfast was okay up at Sophie's rooftop bar (although a bit expensive).

This is a very nice place to stay, we were only there one night m, boutique rooms are small if your claustrophobic not for you, the parking garage is a 10 minute walk make sure to drop bags at the check in counter prior to the uphill walk !
