This room was previously smoked in. Also had a mildew smell to it which was exacerbated by how hot it was when we arrived. There was mildew around the sink faucet, crumbs on the floor and bed. We slept on top of the blankets due to this. Also there was a hand print on the mirror above the in room jacuzzii which we were absolutely never going to use anyways. Would not repeat a stay here. Even with the free breakfast offered in the empty / run down attached restaurant. Which actually has high reviews online, despite not seeing a single customer inside… We chose this based on the rating of 3.5 stars because the area was mostly 2 star. We’d stay in Kingston if we ever golf at smugglers glen again. Which was an absolutely beautiful course. We had lunch at The Ivy which was fantastic and dinner at Riva, which was also fantastic.

Perfect stay as described. The rooms were neat and clean. We reached late at the property and there was no issues checking in late. Amazing free breakfast which included Scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, tea/coffee, orange juice, muffins. Overall great experience.

I was skeptical about this property from the comments i read but it serves the purpose. I just wanted to crash for the night. Decent rooms. Air-condition was a bit noisy but apart from that it was an okay place to stay.
