The apartment has a huge balcony terraced for 6 people seating, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the sea or the communal pool and garden. The apartment is fully equipped with TV, kitchen (full equipped), towels, linen. From the kitchen, there are views to the mountains. The resort has a big pool surrounded by a garden and trees, ideal for relaxing on your holidays. There is also tennis court and private parking place. The view to the sea is from the living room, terrace and main double room. ‘Florida’ is very well located in Gandia beach, because it is only a 1 minute walk to the promenade and it´s just in the centre of the beach, so it is very well located for access to all the amenities. In winter we can offer you a heated pool in another building that we own.
