The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests (up to 15 guests with an additional fee).

The house is strictly intended for:

🧺 Linen Options

Bed linen and towels are not included by default.

Optional services:

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the base price.

Mandatory cleaning fee: €150

Guests are asked to leave the house in a reasonable condition (dishes washed, rubbish removed, basic tidying).

💰 Security Deposit

A €1,000 security deposit is required before arrival.

It will be returned after inspection of the property.

Any damage, rule violation or excessive noise may result in partial or full retention of the deposit.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

A dedicated outdoor smoking area is available on the terrace.
