The property features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and upper floor to offer both comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, a bright and modern living and sleeping area welcomes you with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to a private terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. A well-equipped kitchenette is also located on this level, alongside a shower and WC. The upper floor hosts 1 room with characterful sloping ceilings, furnished with 1 double bed and access to a small private balcony, as well as a second shower and WC. The entire property was renovated in 2024 and features modern, cosy furnishings throughout.
