This house is located in a family friendly street / neighbourhood in the capital area, only 8km/12min drive from downtown Reykjavik. From the Keflavik International airport it's
42km/35min drive to the house. Few meters from our house we have public park with playground for the kids with soccer fields, basketball court.
Our Villa is on two floors, on the first floor, you enter the Villa, there we have Bathroom with nice shower and spacious bedroom with Double Bed (140x200cm), Playstation and TV, Bathroom is there also with nice shower. On the second floor we have 4 bedrooms, Master bedroom has King Size Bed (180x200cm) from the Master bedroom you can enter the Master bathroom and Wardrobe. Master bathroom is spacious with nice bathtub and shower. Second and third bedrooms have Single Beds (120x200cm) and Fourth bedroom has Double Bed (140x200cm).
Living room is spacious with nice sitting area and fireplace. Our Kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. From the kitchen you can enter our balcony with outdoor sitting area. You can also enter our backyard where we have BBQ area, big Hot Tub ( Not Jacuzzi ) to relax in.
We have laundry room with 2 washing machine and dryer. All the interior is top of the line.
We provide linen, towels and soap from Sóley Organics.
It's a very nice Villa in a nice and calm neighbourhood.
We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
