Take a dip in the Hot Tubs and Pools of Ideal Beach, or let the kids play at the park on the beach. At the house, Relax on the front patio, overlooking the lake of turquoise blue and enjoy a BBQ. Soak in the Hot Tub while the kids play the arcade games(buck Hunter and Mortal Combat). This spacious 3 bedroom home sits on a large lot, so you truly feel like you've stepped into nature. Ride your ATVs along the many trails right outside the home! Located a short 15 minute drive to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort, prime Sledding and Snowmobiling areas, as well as Hiking and ATV/OHV trails. This home features a master bedroom with a King Bed. There is plenty of room for the kids as the second bedroom boasts two triple bunkbeds. The final bedroom has a queen bed and TV with views of the Mountainside. The living room has a large tv and a walk-out to the patio. This home is brand new with LVP and granite countertops. Two full bathrooms. The house has plenty of parking space for boats or toy haulers.
