This cozy cabin is just minutes away from beaches and boating, which are within walking distance from Bear Lake. You are conveniently located in Garden City, close to restaurants, shopping, and recreation rentals, providing plenty of activities for all ages! During the summer season, you will have access to the outdoor hot tub and heated pool located in the Harbor Village subdivision, as well as the shared basketball and tennis courts.

What's nearby: The State Marina is located across the street, where you can launch your boat or go fishing. Easy trail access allows you to four-wheel or snowmobile from the driveway. A trailhead is right down the street, accessing hundreds of miles of amazing BLM open trails. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is less than 14 miles from this home. Downtown Garden City and the Bear Lake State Park are less than a mile north and offer Restaurants, shopping, swimming, boating, fishing, and more! For an evening of fun, the family can eat at the Pickleville Grill and then catch a show at the Pickleville Playhouse. You'll have plenty to do both summer and winter!


RV/trailer parking is available on the side of the home. Bring firewood if you would like to use the wood-burning stove.

The hot tub, pool, and tennis courts are closed from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

Girls reading get-a-way

Great cabin!

We stayed here sept 10-14 th. Wish check in was earlier because mikes store had just closed. Also nothing is open as far as activities or restaurants after Labor Day weekend so everything is limited if you go there during the week. We rented the Can-am from bear lake fun times and enjoyed exploring the trails.The pond which we have fished before is now full of moss. Someone needs to clean that pond u. Parking everywhere is $15 a day at the state parks , beaches n marina. The cabin has a lot of sleeping beds. The living room is a bit small maybe a bigger couch might help for bigger families to gather. We never used the fireplace or wood burning stove not sure where you got wood from. The front door entrance area has a raised floor which can trip people same with the raised floor where wood burning stove sits. It is a trip factor. Husband and kids hit toe a few times. Yard and deck is nice we saw a deer right in the backyard. We grilled some burgers and 10 minutes into it the propane ran out. Guess they didn’t check that or have an extra one. It was 30 mins while our burgers sat there before we got another propane tank. The power did go out while we were there. Our overall stay was great for what we needed it for. There is only one shower and two toilets. Does have AC and heat and laundry machines. There is plenty of parking. Overall it met our needs and would come back again.

Great location. Close to the marina. Loved the parking space. We usually have to park the boat somewhere else, but there was room here. Great toy/play room. Cupboard in kitchen was broken when we arrived.

Very Peaceful

It was very relaxing. I felt more rested and relaxed within the first 24 hours than I do having a three-day weekend at home. Aside from going out for a drive one day and a couple of trips to the store, we didn’t feel the need to leave the property. It is very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the means to cook a variety of items. My only negative is that we had to leave.

Great location in Garden City, Utsh to access Bear Lake. Conveniently located. Quiet surroundings and peaceful. The cabin was very accomodating and convenient for all. Everyone in my party enjoyed. I would recommend for anyone tyat is traveling with children.
