Would not recommend. Weak Water Pressure, equipment not working (bathroom vent and facility washer/dryer), and $20 a night to park your vehicle on property. We are a family of five that checked in on Sunday and we checked out on Friday , and I had to call several times to get housekeeping to grab the trash and towels. It is noted that there are several flyers throughout the hotel that states that housekeeping will service the room every other day of the guests stay. This did not happen in our case, I was even told that we should pull our own trash and place in the hallway due to housekeeping leaving for the day at the time of the call. Our room was finally serviced on Thursday after several phone calls and a staff member claiming that housekeeping reported we denied service twice. I asked for the camera footage of housekeeping coming to our room (which never happened ) but I was told that she did not have the authority to review footage. Out of order signs on washer/dryer and we were directed to a laundry facility down the street. We stayed on the 5th floor and for some reason it was extremely humid and muggy in the hallways. I called to report feedback to Home2 Suites on Monday of our stay and was advised that the hotel manager was going to reach out . I never received a call or a message from the hotel manager to discuss our feedback. In fact during our stay we witnessed several guests report their unhappiness with the hotel and their amenities.
Didnt get the room I had seen on the app they gabe me a small one when i had gotten a suite plus front desk manager was so rude and didn't help out with anything so i will never go there again

This place is very unprofessional. We didn’t receive a call or email saying our room was unable due to a “maintenance issue.” until we arrived there. Keep in mind we came from like a 3 hour road trip. We arrived at the hotel after being tired of being with family and we have kids with us. We arrive to a room that wasn’t even a suite. It only had one small bed. I had previously purchased a room 2 weeks in advance with 2 beds and a sofa which is a suite. They charged me for this and gave me a completely different room. Even when we complained and said it wasn’t the right room we were transferred to a “suite” but it still had only one bed. It also completely smelled like weed. We have kids and elderly people with us. The front said all we can do is “spray air freshener” to help the smell?? This is unacceptable . It was already late at night. We all just wanted to sleep. We couldn’t get a different hotel, and we were told the only way to get a refund was if we left somewhere else. This is so stupid.

Hotel was amazing it is in a little bit of a weird location but not too bad. We did experience a rough situation with parking but they ended up accommodating us for it so it worked out we loved everything about the stay and definitely will come back and stay
Enjoyed the breakfast that was included with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was with not being able to find parking at night. It was limited but overall great experience.
It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Johnny at the hotel who was the front desk manager. He was making sure that everything is suitable and comfortable for us with his professional skills and patient manners. We really appreciate him and his support during our visit. Thank you!
The property was nice clean and staff was extremely proactive. Room was nice and cozy. Good amenitys. Not the typical Hilton towels i excepted but not bad. Nice breakfast options. Overall good stay and experience. Will return again
