Hirsch - modern flat in central location with sunny terrace

Welcome to the Hirsch holiday flat! The modern new flat is the ideal starting point for discovery tours and a comfortable retreat to recharge your batteries.

In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers enough space for 4 people. The high-quality furnishings in simple colours, combined with bright rooms and rustic old wood, give the flat an alpine charm.

The holiday flat extends over two floors and with a sunny, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe in plenty of fresh mountain air or enjoy the surrounding mountain panorama.

On the ground floor is the living and dining area with integrated, open-plan kitchen. An inviting seating area with corner bench allows you to sit together comfortably at the dining table. A sofa set provides the perfect place to put your feet up or watch entertainment on the flat-screen TV. The sofa also pulls out to provide another place to sleep.

The kitchen shines in a simple, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and all other common utensils needed for cooking.

Adjacent to the living area is a bathroom with a ground-level shower and a bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed.

A spiral staircase leads to the basement, where you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom with shower.

To keep your car safe in any weather, the flat has its own underground parking space. You can safely store your skiing and hiking equipment in the drying room in the cellar. You share this with the adjacent flat "Gams". There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you can use a washing machine and a dryer.

Vacation on four legs - You are welcome to bring your pet to this accommodation for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We charge €15.00/night per pet.

The flat Hirsch is located in a complex with several holiday flats and can be combined with neighbouring flats on request for larger travel groups or families.
