Check in was great, quick and staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was nice, some stuff on the carpet that needed to be cleaned and beds a little sunken but overall great stay and I will stay again.

Average Hotel not a five star stay.

Loved the bathroom shower. The queen bed closet to window was not comfortable and made a cracking news when my son played down on it. Because this bed is broken and lopsided. Room 316 no trash bags for the trash cans in the room so had to throw our dinner containers in without the bags! The soap did not lather well therefore you have to use half the bottle for one washing.
Son did not like the broken bed.
Need a body wash that lathers. Had to use a lot to get soapy

Property was very nice! Only complaint is that check-in was supposed to be at 3pm. Our room wasn’t available until 4:45 which gave us little time to get ready for our evening plans.
