Quem fica hospedado no hotel, ganha praticamente 2 dias de acesso ao parque aquático, já que você pode ficar o dia todo do check out no Parque. Parabéns ao hotel/ parque nesta questão. Jantar, café da manhã e almoço incluso, cardápio muito bom e atende a todos os gostos. Área exclusiva para hóspedes na Piscina principal , e piscina aquecida exclusiva para os hóspedes também é um diferencial. Apartamentos grandes, com cozinha e churrasqueira. Quanto ao parque, pra quem tem filhos e gostam de tobogãs é a melhor opção de Santa Catarina .

Se pago R$ 200,00 numa diária, não posso esperar luxo. Porém, paguei R$ 1.500,00. Por este preço, esperava receber mais. A estrutura do parque é boa, não se discute a quantidade de piscinas e sua manutenção. Porém, o quarto é bastante simples, com móveis novos, mas o banheiro tem aspecto de antigo. A alimentação é boa, mas o preço cobrado é equivalente a um hotel fazenda, onde se oferece ainda mais opções de alimentação. Ficamos hospedados por 4 dias e as carnes estavam duras e secas em todos os dias. Não há sucos naturais, apenas uma máquina de sucos industrializados. O parque é muito falho no que diz respeito ao controle das regras de uso. Vimos pessoas fumando, casais namorando dentro das piscinas, caixas de som, hóspedes que não respeitaram o horário de silêncio... A recreação é regular, sabe quando a pessoa força a barra para ser engraçada? É bem assim. O pior de tudo foi o atendimento que tive em razão de um problema de saúde. Cheguei no domingo e fui para as piscinas. De noite, jantei. Já de madrugada, acordei passando mal, vomitando e com muita dor abdominal. No dia seguinte, não comi nada, pois tive também diarreia. O mesmo ocorreu com a minha esposa. Foi praticamente um dia inteiro perdido, dentro do quarto. Chegamos a ser atendidos no Ambulatório e fomos medicados. Pedi, em razão disso, para deixar o hotel um dia antes da reserva. Um caso emergencial que foi tratado terrivelmente, pois só recebi uma resposta 19 horas depois do meu pedido, após ter cobrado 4 vezes.
