In Gassin, in a sought after area quiet and very secure. It enjoys an ideal location close to the beaches, Saint Tropez.

Beautiful contemporary villa on two floors completely renovated. It consists of a large living room; a fireplace open to the garden; and the pool view. A very nice fully equipped kitchen and dining table (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, induction hob) a beautiful laundry room (washing machine, dryer)

On the ground floor a large double bedroom (160x180cm) and its adjoining shower room. Upstairs, a common bathroom, a guest toilet. Two pretty double bedrooms (160x180cm)

An independent studio (40m 2) a double room and its ensuite shower room. A second adjoining bedroom and its shower room.


Outside, come and relax by the pool, where deckchairs. Two beautiful summer lounges await you for your holiday. A plancha. A bowling alley, large parking spaces in front of the Villa.
