Best hotel in Groningen

This was our third stay at this really beautiful hotel. Exceeds all expectations. Absolutely amazing staff and service. The location is perfect. Love this place and will always stay when in Groningen. Thank you!

My only complaint is that there is no elevator and the steps we had to use were a huge obstacle. I could barely make it up the steps and going down was just as bad as the stairs were very steep

I am 50/50 about this hotel - cold floors ( no slippers ) - very poor room lighting - dusty beds - no lifts - breakfast was good - no onsite parking ( 2 min walk) - missing the basics

Property was very clean with kind and helpful staff who helped carry our heavy luggage up the stairs and even ran our dishes in the dishwasher for us. Breakfast service was great with many options. It was a little hard to sleep on hot nights (visited in August) since the neighborhood was too noisy to keep the windows open, but I guess that is what happens when you choose a convenient city center location sometimes. The area was beautiful and very walkable, just steps to the famous Vismarkt, so I can't complain.

Some of the best customer service I have ever seen. They worked to find me two extra days when my trip was extended. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Very clean and modern rooms. No AC but a large fan was supplied. Flawless room and building. Beautiful and lively neighbourhood with many shops and restaurants.

Lovely property in a great location within a 10 min walk to train station. Penthouse apartment was wonderful. Full kitchen was very useful with grocery store nearby. Very comfortable with a great view.
