Room was lovely just slightly out dated but clean. Walls are paper thin could hear our neighbours arguing at night then at 7:45 am was awoken with unattended dog barking non stop for 40 min. Went for high tea at Zoe’s with my mom and daughter, I am on no carb/ sugar (which I did not mention as i didn’t think to) and did not want a tea tower .. and was belittled and loudly spoken to from the server that this was not appropriate and “ we would never have seated you had we known you were not ALL eating”. The location was wonderful. Next time we will find another hotel in the same neighbourhood.
