The pictures are a little deceiving. The view you have is of the houses across the street. If you want to get into the hot tub during the day, the people working on the homes across the street can very clearly see you. We waved at each other several times. We stayed during Spring Break and the trees were bare, but if they were full, it doesn't seem like there would be much view of the mountains. The drive up had breathtaking views though! I also felt a little annoyed by all of the reminders posted around the home. These were full sized sheets of paper put into clear sleeves and tacked to the walls. There was one by the hot tub that told how much it costs to replace the cover and how often they have to replace it due to guest negligence They were posted on the walls of the bedrooms and living room about not losing the remote and the affect it would have on the next guest. There was one in the master bedroom with a picture of stained carpet that the owner had to replace and how often they have to replace the carpets in the home. There was also a separate notice board with several additional reminders. The key to the owners club was expired, but there was also a notice posted with it requesting that guests not lose it and how much it would affect other guests. I feel as though all of these notices/reminders should just be included in the checkin instructions and not posted all over the place. It takes away from the charm of the cabin.
