Very nice and clean

Both units were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, very close to Gatlinburg, which is convenient. The waterpark was fantastic for the kids. The only complaints I have is they did try to get me to do a tour of the property for a timeshare. I did refuse and they didn’t like that. Also, the cable was very in and out.

Property was beautiful. Definitely will be back. Water park and other amenities were awesome. Great experience with booking this villa. They were very helpful.
