Welcome to Eagle View Chalet — a luxury 3-level retreat in the heart of Chalet Village, where Smoky Mountain views meet modern comfort. Perched on the mountainside with east-facing vistas of Mt. LeConte, this chalet is the perfect May base for families and groups ready to soak in the most magical season the Smokies has to offer. As you step into the open-concept living area, the stunning 3-sided electric fireplace immediately draws you in as the room's centerpiece. Sink into premium leather couches or designer accent chairs while enjoying your favorite entertainment on the 65" smart TV. Just beyond, the main-level deck faces east — your front-row seat to some of the most breathtaking sunrises in the Smokies, with the mountains now blanketed in full summer green.

Your culinary adventures begin in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, where sleek stainless steel appliances await. The kitchen island with bar stools makes a natural gathering spot for casual meals and morning catch-ups. Coffee lovers will feel right at home with our full coffee bar — choose from the espresso machine, French press, or Keurig Duo serving both K-pods and a full carafe. Then gather around the elegant 8-person dining table, or step onto the deck for an al fresco meal with the mountains as your backdrop.

Each of the three bedrooms is its own private sanctuary. The upper-level primary suite is the crown jewel — a sumptuous king bed, luxury ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, anti-fog mirrors, and its own east-facing private deck. Imagine soaking in the tub as the first light of sunrise spills over Mt. LeConte — it's the kind of moment guests remember long after they leave. The second king bedroom has its own ensuite and a dedicated workspace desk, perfect for guests blending work with a mountain escape. Tucked between the two king suites, a cozy reading nook in the upstairs hallway overlooks the quiet street below — a lovely spot for morning coffee or an afternoon book. On the lower level, the queen-over-queen bunk room features a private bath and a rock climbing wall — an absolute hit with younger guests.

The outdoor living spaces are what truly set Eagle View apart. The main-level deck is a full outdoor living room — fire up the grill, settle into the egg chair, catch a game or movie on the outdoor TV, or gather at the firepit dining table as the warm May evenings set in. Head up to the upper deck for a more intimate firepit conversation under the stars. On the lower deck, the premium hot tub awaits — soak in the warmth as the lush Smoky Mountains glow around you. In May, with the mountains fully green and fireflies beginning to emerge at dusk, the evenings here are simply unforgettable.

We've thought of everything to make your stay effortless — from Pack 'n Play and highchair to children's dinnerware and essential toiletries. With free parking for 2 vehicles in the private driveway and additional overflow parking at the end of the street, you're all set from the moment you arrive. Eco-conscious travelers will also appreciate the Level 2 EV charging station (Tesla owners please bring your own adapter).

This May in the Smokies, three experiences you won't want to miss: the Synchronous Fireflies viewing event at Elkmont in GSMNP (May 20–27) is one of the most magical natural spectacles in North America — thousands of fireflies flashing in perfect unison just minutes from the chalet. Dollywood's Flower & Food Festival continues through late May with millions of blooms, the iconic Umbrella Sky, and chef-inspired seasonal bites just 10.5 miles away. And every Wednesday from May 6 through September, Cades Cove's famous 11-mile loop closes to vehicles and opens exclusively to cyclists and pedestrians — one of the most peaceful ways to experience the park.

Downtown Gatlinburg is 3.4 miles away, Ober Mountain 2 miles, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park just 2.4 miles. All roads to the chalet are paved. If arriving after dark, follow GPS directional arrows for the easiest route.

You have exclusive access to the entire property with no resort check-in required. Self check-in via smart lock — your personalized code arrives the day before.

Other things to note:
✹ We do not offer late checkout or early check-in. If, by chance, we can accommodate, there may be a $50 charge per hour per request.

✹ The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

✹ Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Please book for the correct number of people in your group.

✹ Under no circumstances can we have guests throwing wild parties. Our resort is constantly monitored. Guests will be asked to leave with absolutely no refund.

✹ No pet under any circumstances. Guests will be asked to leave with absolutely no refund.

✹ No smoking or drug of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.

✹ Garbage must be in the bag and inside the trash can.

✹ Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
