Great place to stay.

Condo was clean and walking distance from everything. Parking was easy. Only 2 little things to note- better towels would nice, they were worn & scratchy, and some hangers in the closet would be a helpful thing. Overall a great place that was close to everything and comfortable to relax in at the end of the day.

We chose this property for a short weekend getaway with our 1 year old. It was in walking distance from the main strip and was the perfect size for what we needed. Only “issue” we had was that the building is older and not very well insulated. But overall was perfect for us and worth the money.

Great Location

We were lucky because the condo was near the entrance to Smokys. We did not have to go through town (Gatlinburg) which was in total gridlock the entire daytime!! The condo was just what we needed. Only problem is that our checkin code was changed and we were not informed. The management was on property somewhere, but not available via phone or any other method so we had to wait for about 30 minutes.

My towel was so old there were chunks out of it. The blinds need to be replaced or fixed they are falling apart. TV remote channel up and down buttons did not work in main room. Toilet doesn’t flush very good. Some things could be cleaned. The cob webs over the dinning table, the rug be the sink was dirty.

Great location.

Much nicer than the pictures shown. Just is lacking some updates and some wallpaper is peeling off. A short walk to downtown near red light 6. It’s was a very convenient location for us since we were there for a clogging competition so it was pretty close to Gatlinburg Convention Center.
