If you are looking for a serene location but don't want to sacrifice convenience, this is the place for you! Little Mystic is in a park-like setting with a babbling creek on property and tons of wildlife. You might see a black bear and her cubs strolling by or a little fox on the hunt. Sit on the back patio and take in the sounds of Buckberry Creek or listen to the trees sway in the breeze. Take a dip in the new installed hot tub on the private patio.

When you are ready for adventure you don't have to go very far! We are conveniently located next door to Ober ski resort and only 7 minutes to the bustling Gatlinburg strip with tons of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. If hiking is your thing, The Smoky Mountain National Park entrance is less than 10 minutes away. One of the most popular trails for families, Cataract Falls, is just a quick 12 minute drive.

After an adventurous day, kick your feet up at Little Mystic. The well appointed, modern condo has been completely renovated with just about every piece of furniture being replaced (2022), including the mattresses! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or use the charcoal grill on the patio (charcoal is not provided). The kitchen/dining area has seating for 6.

If you are still looking for fun, there are 3 community centers in the neighborhood with seasonal pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds that you and your guest will have access to (one being across the road). Please note there is no private pool. If you want to stay in for the evening, challenge your group to a game of Giant Jenga or ring toss. There are 3 smart TVs, and an instagram-worthy patio for relaxing. Little Mystic is designed for making lasting memories with family and friends.

Although this is a townhouse, this is an end unit with only 1 shared wall. This is a 1st floor unit so there are only 2 steps to get to the front door. Both bedrooms are upstairs but the sleeper sofa is on the main level.

Parking
Parking is free and there is 1 assigned space with the unit. There are only 2 extra parking spots in the entire lot that are not assigned so parking is not guaranteed after the 1st car. Driving is necessary to get into downtown, but the lower Ober parking lot has free shuttle buses and is just a short walk from the unit.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment.

The cabin was in a great location. You are close to town but right on the outskirts so you feel a sense of privacy at the same time. We had everything we needed during our stay and really enjoyed the hot tub soaks after long days of intense hiking. We would definitely book again in the future.

This is a duplex townhome. I missed that in the description and was expecting a private cabin. The AC isn't very efficient and cannot be set to below 70 , and upstairs sleeping areas were quite warm, 75 deg because of this.

Nice Place but Expensive for what it is

Nice place but expensive for the condo it is. Cleaning and service fees pretty high.Condo was renovated and it's nice and clean. LOTS of steps and getting luggage up and down was a chore.Toilet ran the whole time. Still it's a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was perfect. Walking distance to the slope was so helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the Christmas tree and decor. The hot tub was broken and the host sent very nice repair men. It worked great! I cant wait to come back. The hostess wast the mostest!

Perfect little getaway

We planned a long weekend in gatlinburg and going to Ober Gatlinburg for anow sports. The house is literally less than a half mile to the mountain parking for Ober Gatlinburg. The house was perfect size for all 6 of us, and we appreciated the large sized kitchen, and the hot tub was a huge hit.

Wonderful place to stay!

This property was a wonderful place to stay during our week long vacation to Gatlinburg. It was a perfect location with having kids. It was great to be able to cook nearly all our meals in the really nice kitchen. We were able to walk up to Ober. The community pools were great to cool off after a day of hiking or walking around downtown. The owners were great helping us as there was an issue getting the hitting hot tub working and we were able to get it working over the phone. A great place to stay!

Beautiful atmosphere!

Its just gorgeous here! Everything was tidy. Only suggestion I would make fornus long stayers is more trash bags and toilet paper etc. Not a big deal though. We saw 2 bears! We will definitely be back!

Perfection!

This was the perfect spot for our family getaway, close to the Smoky Mountains National Park but away from all the tourism! Town home was beautiful and had everything our family of five needed to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. If we were to return to the Smokies, this would be the place to stay.
