Picturesque cottage overlooking the Abbaye d'Hambye

Very conveniently located for exploring lower Normandy. Hotel and restaurant 500m, Percy or Hambye 5 minutes, Beach 20 minutes. Rambling, horse riding, cycling, fishing, golf either on the doorstep or nearby. D-day landing beaches 50 minutes.


An attractive rural cottage that has been recently renovated, and is set in a picturesque area of Normandy. The house offers ideal holiday accommodation in a peaceful and pretty location.


There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 1 of the bathrooms is a wet room on the ground floor, and suitable for guests who may find the stairs difficult. We can accommodate a further guest on a camp bed in the twin room. The cottage boasts a spacious, modern, yet traditional style lounge across the rear of the property with a fireplace and logburning stove. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, where an additional working logburner is available for use during the colder months, although the cottage also has full gas central heating. There is free WiFi internet access.


The house is comfortably furnished and we hope that we have thought of everything that guests may need.


The garden is large, and we welcome guests with well behaved dogs, as they need to be kept under control, due to the hens and sheep in the neighbouring fields. You should even be able to collect some fresh eggs for your breakfast during your stay (depending on the time of year).
