Great new apartment , 5 minutes walk to the river , old town , bars and restaurants . Lovely comfortable bed and and linen . Very secure and a quiet area . Only worry was picking up the keys from an office about a mile away . I advised them that our flight was due to arrive after 10pm , they were closing the office when we got there , don't know what we would have done if we'd been 2 minutes late .

Great location, cleanliness, equipment,... The walls could be more soundproof... I could hear noises from other apartments and somebody woke me up in the morning with noise from screwdriwer... Ehh. The agency responsible for renting this apartment is not professional. At first, we have not been told about service fee and late check-in fee before we booked and did not have a chance to cancel it. Then, when we arrived at their office to pick up keys (Which was 1,6 km far away, btw.) we had to wait more than 30 minutes on the street at night before somebody from the agency arrived. During these 30 minutes, they did not answer my calls!!! Then they took the money for service fee and late check-in. After we arrived at the apartment building, there was a reception. Wow. One extra hour which was not necessary!!! Great job!

The worst place in Poland. Expect to be charged £35 extra in "service charge", no towels or soap. Staff doesn't speak English, just Ukrainian and treat you as an idiot. A disgrace for Polish hospitality.

Nous avons trouvé très contraignant d'aller chercher la clé puis le matin de la ramener sachant que ce n'est pas à coté de l'appartement. Attention, il y a de frais de ménage en plus donc il est plus coûteux que prévu.

Paikalla meiltä veloitettiin 100PLN ”service fee”, josta ei mitään mainintaa hotels.comissa ollut. Asiakaspalvelija apartinfo toimistolla ei myöskään mainintaa tuosta maksusta löytänyt, joten pyysi tekemään reklamaation jotta saisin rahani takaisin. Reklamaatioon ei ole koskaan vastattu.

Leiligheten var skitten, badet var dårlig vasket da spesielt dusjen. Manglet laken til sove sofa, var er ekstra dyntrekk for å bruke som laken. På hjemreise dagen ringte de klokken 08:45 og sa at utsjekk var klokken 10. Det var ingen plass og lagre bagasjen så den måtte vi bare ta med oss rundt i byen mens vi ventet på taxi bort til flyplassen. Hadde de fulgt normal utsjekk tid eller utsjekktid vært opplyst i god tid før utsjekk og ikke bare 1 time før så folk kunne ha planlagt. Pga av resepsjonist/vakt ved leiligheten ikke kunne engelsk var det lett at komunikasjon ble missforstått.

Helt Ok opphold

Veldig dårlig med informasjon. Nøkkelen til leiligheten vi leide måtte vi hente på en helt annen adresse enn hva selve leiligheten var på. Veldig irriterende kl 23:30 på natta... Resepsjonisten som sitter der døgnet ut og inn snakker ikke et ord engelsk og velger å bruke Google translatør for å gjøre seg forstått. Utrolig frustrende når blant annet internettet ikke fungerte. Det er dårlig med info om hvem som faktisk leier ut disse leilighetene. Hvis det er noe feil (som med Internett), så ber de deg om å ringe «owner». Noe som gjør det veldig vanskelig når man booker via Hotels.com. Ellers fine rom, bra beliggenhet. Kommer absolutt tilbake, men litt mer info om blant annet hvor man plukker opp nøkkel osv bør være beskrevet.
