There are places you go to just to sleep.
And there are places where the moment you open the door… you already begin to relax.
Dom Marina Mosty is one of those places.
This is not an anonymous apartment or a standard hotel room where everything looks the same. This is our home — mine and my wife’s — created for people who want to truly slow down for a few days. Come with family, with a dog, with plans… or with no plan at all. Unpack your bags and, before long, feel that there’s no need to rush.
Mornings here take their time. Coffee might go cold once or twice before the day really begins. Someone walks downstairs barefoot, someone is still asleep, children ask if today is a “beach day,” and the dog already knows every walk smells different here. At Dom Marina, your day doesn’t start with an alarm. It can start with breakfast in the garden, a walk, the beach, a bike ride… or simply doing nothing. And sometimes, that “nothing” is the greatest luxury of all.
And when you feel like heading to the sea — it’s truly close. The beach in Mechelinki, with its fishing boats, pier, and calm seaside atmosphere, is about a 10-minute walk away. We like to call it our “little secret path” — less obvious, more local, something you discover when you start living here, not just visiting.
Mechelinki has something simple and real about it. Walk along the pier, watch the boats, stroll along the beach toward Rewa, come back with sand in your shoes and the feeling that the day didn’t need a plan. Sometimes all it takes is a walk, the wind, a coffee along the way, and the view over the bay.
Rewa, on the other hand, has a completely different energy. It’s a paradise for people who love water, wind, and sports. Kitesurfers, windsurfers, foilers, sailors — everyone finds their place here. There are schools, instructors, and equipment rentals, so you don’t need to bring your own gear. You can try something new or return to a sport you already love. For some, Rewa is all about adrenaline and wind; for others, it’s a quiet walk, children collecting shells, and a dog convinced the bay was created just for them.
This is a place best enjoyed for more than just a weekend. The first day, you arrive. The second, you begin to feel the rhythm of the area. By the third, you have your favorite walking route, your favorite light, your own way of starting the morning. After a few days, Mosty, Mechelinki, and Rewa stop being places on a map — they become part of your memories.
But Dom Marina is more than just a base near the beach. It’s also a place you’ll love coming back to after a full day — after a walk, after the water, after exploring, after time with the kids. Step into the sauna, relax in the jacuzzi, open a window and feel the cool air from the bay. This is the moment when your body truly lets go. When there’s nothing left to organize, prove, or plan. You can simply be.
If you’re in the mood for a bigger adventure, Gdańsk is close — about 30–40 minutes by car. You can spend the day wandering through the Old Town, walking along Long Market, getting lost among historic buildings, visiting museums, enjoying dinner by the Motława River… and then return in the evening to the quiet of your own home.
For a full-day trip, Malbork offers one of Europe’s most impressive brick castles — a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Or visit Wejherowo and its Kalwaria, often called the “Kashubian Jerusalem,” where chapels are hidden among the hills and history blends with nature and silence.
And then there are days with no plan at all — often the best ones for families. Someone prepares breakfast, someone sets up a board game, children run outside, the dog finds a sunny spot. You can cook together, watch a movie, enjoy a long evening conversation, pour a glass of wine, relax in the sauna, sit in the jacuzzi… or simply open the garden door and need nothing more.
In a home like this, you don’t have to chase attractions.
The stay itself becomes the experience.
For families — space without feeling cramped.
For couples — time without rushing.
For guests with dogs — a place where every walk matters.
For the active — Rewa, Mechelinki, the bay, wind, and water sports.
For explorers — Gdańsk, Hel, Malbork, Kashubia, all within easy reach.
The best holidays are rarely about big events.
They are made of slow mornings. Walks to the beach. Towels drying in the sun. Meals cooked without a recipe. A child falling asleep in the car after a full day. A dog that doesn’t want to come back. A conversation that started by accident and stayed in memory.
Dom Marina Mosty is made for moments like these.
You can come for a few days and rest.
But it’s even better to stay longer.
Give yourself time for Mechelinki, Rewa, Gdańsk, Hel, Malbork, Kashubia, the bay, the walks, the slow breakfasts, the sauna, the jacuzzi, and peaceful evenings.
Because first, you choose a home.
And if the home is right… the story begins.
