Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

UnSeriously renters

We made reservation and prepaid it. When we came to apartment out side Gdansk there was not any owner there to give us access to apartment. We tried to call the owners phone but after almost one hour we get connection with some body who mentioned the apartment is double book. So they suggested us to find another accommodation 😞 After 3 hours we found anther nice place in the down town. We had to get help from hotels.com to get refunded our money and the process was easy and smooth 😀
