The apartment was beautiful! It was well-maintained and larger than we were expecting with 1.5 baths and 2 bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our apartment was on a quieter side street, so we seldom had trouble with late night noise. It was located in the middle of old town and really convenient to everything -- a 15 minute walk to the Solidarity museum, 5 minutes to the waterfront or main street, 10 minutes to the Forum mall. We loved it

2 nights in Gdansk

Two nights in Gdansk before moving on to Sopot. The reception girls are very focused on taking the additional fees for cleaning and city tax... not much explanation of facilities available (which we found out about later) that there is a gym and bar. They spoke quite poor English, which for this role, should be a minimum expectation. When we needed to book a taxi upon departure, they were grudgingly helpful... Customer service needs improving.

Good Room - Staff a bit disorganized

Overall, the apartment was pretty nice and in good condition. My concern was I requested a late check in, and the staff was not available at the time I arrived. I requested access to the garage, but I was not left a garage door opener. This meant that I had to park my car blocks away from the actual unit. The apartment staff contacted me a week later requesting an additional $32 for a cleaning fee. In all fairness this cleaning fee was mentioned on the booking, but it was in the fine print and I didn’t notice it until after I booked the room. So I will take the blame on that one, but it would be nice to be able to rent a room and not have to worry about being nickeled and dimed on fees. Overall, the location and apartment unit we’re good, but the hood the hotel staff needs to consider bundling all the fees in with the reservation fee especially if the fees are not optional, like cleaning.

Cozy, very nice. I like big windpws in the bedroom and livingroom what makes the appartment a lot of Sun inside. This was remarkable especially on winter.

Location was absolutely perfect, within walking distace to practically everything interesting. The appartment was very nice and spacious, although it was not cleaned properly when we arrived, especially the kitchen lacked some cleaning.

Very good location in the old city of Gdansk. The apartment was well equipped with all electric instruments. What was missing is microwave oven. The mattress was too soft for us. No air condition in the apartment. We used fan instead.

Great location and spacious but no AC and cleaning

In the heart of Old Town with an amazing city view! Very specious and modern. Cons are no AC that was quite bad in the summer and no cleaning during the stay included. Also, reception only opened till 18. Very nice and helpful staff.

Excellent Location

This is a serviced apartment and the staff were really accommodating by making arrangements for me to pick up keys in the middle of the night due to a late flight made even later by travel delays. The apartments themselves are amazingly central, a few hundred meters from the historic waterfront crane and the cathedral.

Great location

The apartment is in an excellent location. Close to all attractions. Great restaurants and bars within minutes of apartment. The apartment is clean and modern. Bed is slightly on the small side for two people, but otherwise I would recommend to others. Central Gdansk is a 10min walk away and central train station accessible for visiting outer areas.
