Family getaway close to Geelong & the Surf Coast!
Relax in this spacious and well-equipped family home, perfectly located for beach days, city adventures, and longer stays. Just 2 minutes’ walk to the train station for direct access to Melbourne, and only 20 minutes to Torquay Beach (17km), 18 minutes to Barwon Heads, and a short drive to the scenic Great Ocean Road.
This house is perfect for your family holidays, pet and child friendly! Up to 6 adults and 4 children.
Built in 2012 and recent reno of kitchen, bathroom outdoor living. BBQ use included. Perfect for longer stays.
Note: you can quietly hear the trains running due to proximity to the station.

Bedroom Configuration: Please note all Linen and towels are provided
Bedroom 1 (Master) - Queen bed, soft mattress, private ensuite (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, medium/firmer mattress, spacious wardrobe, ceiling fan (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - 2 x bunk beds (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 4/Study - Double bed, soft mattress, spacious wardrobe (Sleeps 2).
Note: For week long stays or longer, we can set up a desk and chair in this room to be used as a home office. Please advise if this is something you require.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have an adjacent bathroom with basin, shower and separate toilet.
PARKING: 2 spots are available in the driveway. You can also park 1 car on the street directly in front of the master bedroom.
ENTRY: Contactless entry and check-in. Access via keypad door. Code will be provided prior to check in.
WIFI: Complementary WIFI. Password will be provided 24h prior to check-in.
KITCHEN: Toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, fridge, cookware. Complementary: oil, sugar, tea, coffee sachets, spices.
DINING: We have a dining table set for 6 guests with a baby booster seat available (stored in the laundry).
LOUNGE: Couch with large TV. All apps available on the TV. Netflix has an AirBNB profile which guests are welcome to use. All other apps please login to your accounts and logout upon checkout.
BACKYARD: Fully enclosed and pet friendly. The guests must make sure the latch on the gate to the backyard is secured to ensure that pets will not get out.
PETS: Pets are allowed at this property saving you plenty on accommodation for your furry friends! Please bring your own food, pet beds or enclosures. Please pick up all leavings after your pets. We ask that pets are not allowed on the couch or beds.
HEATING & COOLING: The property has central heating and cooling operated from a single interface. Instructions have been left for its operation.
EXTRAS: All towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more is provided for your stay.
LAUNDRY: Washing Machine and Dryer are in the laundry. Washing Powder provided. External clothes line attached to the rear of the house.
OTHER: Strictly no smoking in the house or under the covered area with doors or windows open. If you would like to host a gathering please contact us directly to discuss
