Better than expected, overall

My hopes were not too high due to previous reviews, but i was pleasantly surprised The room was small if spending more time there, but 1 night only it was fine. I noticed immediately how spotlessly clean everything was. The bathroom especially, under the bright lights The service was ok in the bar around 11.30pm. But the best thing was when i got into bed. The sheets were starched but the bottom sheet was silky. The pillows plump and smelt so clean, I felt so cozy The towels were also clearly super clean. (I used the reception toilets whilst waiting for my lift - you could have had a meal off the floors) My only problem was the breakfast. The service was less than friendly, (i spoke both French and English because i didnt feel understood - no, it seems the 2 waiters weren't very friendly/outgoing) the offerings were not plentiful -2 fruits in a fruit salad!, no saucers, no teaspoons, half a cup of coffee, congealed eggs, rubber looking mushrooms- i wont go on. It wasnt worth 24 CHF imo WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN? YES, but i would go to a boulangerie for breakfast The night receptionist loaned me a Samsung plug because i couldnt find my English/Swiss adaptor, so that was very helpful

Spacious rooms, convenient for the airport. Hard to figure out how to actually get in there by car or on foot as signage is terrible as with all of Geneva airport.

Sleep on the floor in the airport

DIdn't get the rooms we paid for, moved to smaller ones (no refund). Rooms were to hot, even after 6 hours set on the lowest setting. Resturant food was poor quality and very, very expensive

I booked this hotel for convenience, as it was the nearest airport to the airport with the best shuttle schedule. In this regard, it was accurate. When it comes to convenience about other things, I was let down. First of all, I emailed the hotel to ask about the shuttle weeks before, they did not reply. On the day of my arrival, I sent 2 more messages before I got a reply. When I got checked in, my room was a bit cold and I asked about the heating, etc. I flagged there was only cold air coming out of the vents, reception told me to wait for 20 mins (bear in mind this was after 10pm at night and I had to travel the following morning). I did wait, and of course there was no change, so I had to raise the issue again. Long story short, the most helpful person in the hotel was one lovely man from housekeeping - I’d give him more than 5 stars. And yes, the reception staff did try to resolve the issue but my complaint is they didn’t take my issue seriously early enough, so I ended up going to bed much later than I planned after a trip to reception, etc. the convenience I looked for wasn’t there.

It's super close to the shopping mall—just a 15-minute walk. They give us free public transportation cards for all day. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby as well! The staff was great and the hotel was so convenient!! We will stay there again!!!!

Good airport hotel
