Got about 1 hour of sleep because the temperature control in my room was physically broken and it was so hot all night. Also the coffee machine didn't work and there was no refrigerator so had to go to the reception to have my cold foods kept, and also to get hot water in the morning. Not the experience I needed before a long day of meetings.

I arrived at night and was given a room where the bathroom smelled like sewage. Fortunately I was able to change rooms and the problem was solved. However, the hotel is super pricey for what it offers.

We stayed at the Ramada twice during our recent trip to Switzerland while attending Euros games at the Stade de Geneve. The hotel is literally right next to the stadium, so it was incredibly convenient. We walked right out of the stadium and into the hotel after the game. It was next to train tracks, but it was super-quiet even as trains came by and after games. Wonderful a/c kept us cool in the summer heat. Connected to a shopping mall with a co-op grocery and a food court. Easy to get to the city center by bus or the main train station or airport by train (it's a short walk from the Grand-Lancy station). This was such a good choice for us and we were very satisfied.

Fantastic location for a match at the stadium next door! We had a view of the stadium from our room. Convenient to have shopping centre so close, which also provided a cheaper alternative for dinner with the supermarket. Avoid unless you’re going to a football match

Good: Friendly and helpful staff, good size and clean rooms. Bad: Located in a peripheral industrial area adjunct to the stadium. Few amenities: no fridge, crappy coffee maker (no tea). One room cleaning skipped for no obvious reason. Ugly: breakfast is limited in choice and bad quality, served in a depressing prison-style canteen.

The reception, check-in, value, location, vicinity to public transport, silence and insulation all 5/5 and 10/10 stars but only one thing I did not like which is the cleaning and making up the room is not good at all but for everything and overall I will score you as 10/10. Hand wash soap containers were empty! All days missed by the cleaners only last day when I reported it. Luckily we had our own soap. The other issue the duvet covers and bed sheets made in hurry without professional making or folding! Other hotels even when not washed or laundered are made up in a reasonable tidy way.

Perfect hotel if you’re going along to a Servette game! Literally right beside the ground, perfect. Only a 10min walk to the nearest train/tram stop which will take you straight into the city centre or main station. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room functional, can’t ask for much more really.
