The room's design was genius. The staff were so helpful. I lost my entry card one day and the Geneva police helped me get in contact with the staff who were able to help me get a new entry card at midnight. All in all, I would recommend this place!

The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The washing machine was a bonus. We managed to prepare 3 full meals in the kitchen area of the room. We also used the communal kitchen on the 9th floor. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for our stay! Nice bathroom, comfy bed, good kitchen facilities, great location. The upstairs area was good with a pool table and able to leave our bags securely on departure day while we explore. Only downside is we couldn’t figure out the TV to share from our phone.

Yes the room was in good condition . However , when I requested for extra pillow , I never got a response . Also 1 toilet paper for 4 people 4 days ????? No back up supply. Dishwasher was not working….

This was a very neat and equipped studio. It had everything you would have needed frying a stay away from home. The bed/kitchen innovation is very brilliant, and makes the whole studio very put together. The guest room is a very thoughtful thing to do. You could get complimentary tea and coffee there. Overall it was a lovely place, and the service was fantastic.

The room was clean and well thought out. Great that there's a fridge in there too and loved the crossbow game. Love the fact that you don't have to physically check in, just check in on line and you get your virtual keys and was able to get in the room early which was a huge help. Fab common area on the top floor with great views, pool table, kitchen and laundry. Was lovely taking our take out up there and seeing people cooking. The hosts were so lovely and friendly, we will definitely return and highly recommend.

Not the best place for technophobes as the only way to access the hotel is through your phone. Other than that, it’s a great place with a supermarket next door and a tram stop literally outside the door giving access to CERN and Geneva Cornavin station.

Very disappointing stay. There was no room service for 10 days — no cleaning, no fresh towels, and no toiletries provided during the entire stay. We had to buy our own toiletries, which is unacceptable. Last year, during a 7-day stay, we were told that stays longer than 7 days include room service, but this was not honored at all. Expectations were clearly set and then not met. Would not stay again.

Great location. Great price for the stay. Great amenities. Only frustrating aspect is you have to keep moving the wall to use the kitchen or the bed. The concept is fun but a little unpractical.
