The room was clean and well thought out. Great that there's a fridge in there too and loved the crossbow game. Love the fact that you don't have to physically check in, just check in on line and you get your virtual keys and was able to get in the room early which was a huge help. Fab common area on the top floor with great views, pool table, kitchen and laundry. Was lovely taking our take out up there and seeing people cooking. The hosts were so lovely and friendly, we will definitely return and highly recommend.

Not the best place for technophobes as the only way to access the hotel is through your phone. Other than that, it’s a great place with a supermarket next door and a tram stop literally outside the door giving access to CERN and Geneva Cornavin station.

Very disappointing stay. There was no room service for 10 days — no cleaning, no fresh towels, and no toiletries provided during the entire stay. We had to buy our own toiletries, which is unacceptable. Last year, during a 7-day stay, we were told that stays longer than 7 days include room service, but this was not honored at all. Expectations were clearly set and then not met. Would not stay again.

Great location. Great price for the stay. Great amenities. Only frustrating aspect is you have to keep moving the wall to use the kitchen or the bed. The concept is fun but a little unpractical.

The check in was super easy and convenient. The rooms were very clean and nice. Would have gave it 5 stars all around, but the glass door going into the bathroom was a little dangerous haha, maybe it was the lighting with the door-but we walked into it a couple times a piece lol

Great concept but many issues

Our second Koooky stay in Switzerland but this one not as good as Bern. The same as Bern, the connection did not work all the time. Switches need labeling - so much time wasted figuring out what switch turns what item on and off, then trying to remember it the next day! The space in the sleeping area was smaller in this than in Bern, which made it harder for 2 people to get in and out of bed during the night. Again only one chair given for 2 people, so we had to use the tiny stool that was in the bathroom. The dishwasher was full of water in the bottom - this should have been checked after last guest left. It was obviously faulty. Great bathroom!

Very Convenient Place to Stay in Geneva

I had a great experience as a solo traveller. The laundry and luggage storage facilities were very convenient and easy to use. The room was perfect for me, and the kitchen was very helpful to have. The hotel is right across from a metro stop and a 15 minute walk from the main train station.

Very good hotel, not like regular one but more hi-tech and convenience, the 9th floor public room is really good for travellers, free coffee tea and so much more amenities, even has a free laundry room, definitely will be back again if stay in Geneva
