A delightful apartment in the heart of the city, located in the elegant Carignano district, just a stone’s throw from the sea, the new Waterfront, Corso Italia, Boccadasse, the Porto Antico, and the Aquarium. It is situated in front of the Villa Croce park, in an exceptional location for public transport, with services, shops, restaurants, and pharmacies within easy reach. The apartment offers 4 comfortable sleeping spaces, all newly furnished and meticulously maintained, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and the historic center.

The area is centrally located, overlooking the new eastern waterfront (Fiera del Mare, the site of the International Boat Show, the Palasport, as well as the nautical base and Euroflora25), and is characterized by the presence of numerous services just steps from the house.
